Arrival at the Airport
What Information have You provided us in order to Book Your Transfer?
We have received by email a confirmation of your flight details. This means we have your Flight Number and your Arrival Time. Our transfer can keep track of your flight in case there is a delay.
What should I do if I missed my Flight?
You must contact the numbers below in the event of a missed flight or extended delay. Contact the Number provided on the confirmation Letter. If you have notified us in advance, we would have been able to rearrange your transfer free of cost.
How do I recognize my Transfer on Arrival?
Your driver will meet you at the arrivals exit, immediately after you leave the luggage reclaim area. The driver will hold a paper with your name on it.
What can I do if I do not find my Driver?
In the event you can not locate the driver, you must NOT leave the airport without contacting ISA. If you leave the airport no refund will be offered.
There is one specific meeting point in each terminal buildings.

What Happens if I do not inform DRIVER/ISA of my Delay/Missed Connection?
The driver will be waiting for you at the airport for a period of 90 minutes after the confirmed flight arrival time. After this period, ‘No-Shows’ will be fully charged and the student will be charged for any re-arranged Airport Transfer.
The Meeting Point
The meeting point will be at the AMT Coffe shop. This meeting point is located just to the right as you come out of the arrival doors.
The meeting point will be the Turning point (Yellow). This meeting point is located just opposite to the arrival doors.
Once you have reached the meeting point of your terminal, if you cannot find your driver immediately, you must contact the Transfer Phone number that we provided on the confirmation letter.
Alternatively, if you are not able to reach the driver, you can contact our ISA emergency numbers.
