You’ll pass the beautiful Victorian bandstand as fishing boats and yachts sail quietly in and out of the harbor. Another recommended spot is the People’s Park. Created as a formal Victorian garden, this scenic space is enclosed by wrought iron railings, inside of which you’ll find beautifully landscaped lawns and bright flowers.

Also, you can go to swimming in the popular Forty foot if you are brave!!!

You can take the dart or take the 7 bus from O’Connell to arrive there.

Another place you can visit is Malahide which is  located in north County Dublin. The jewel in Malahide’s crown is its spectacular Malahide Castle; one of Ireland’s oldest castles. Tours regularly run inside, revealing what life was like for the Talbot family who lived there for almost 800 years. There are four main rooms open to the public, including the lavish Great Hall. An interactive exhibition on the ground floor retells not only the Talbots’ story, but the many ghostly figures that haunt the castle to this day!

You can arrive at Malahide taking the Dart from the city-centre to Malahide DART Station, or take the 42 bus from Talbot Street.
